- Carrot...140g
- Chicken fillet・・・60g
- Ginger (grated)・・・5g
- Sake: 2/3 tablespoon
- Yuzu uponzu made with clear soy sauce...1 tablespoon
- Olive oil...1 teaspoon
- Black pepper...appropriate amount
How to make
STEP1 Shave the carrots into thin ribbons with a peeler. Remove the strings from the chicken fillet and mix with the ginger and sake.
STEP2 Place ① in a heat-resistant container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
STEP3 After checking that the chicken fillet is cooked, break it into small pieces by hand, add yuzu ponzu and olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done.
