<Yuzu ponzu sauce> Hot carrot salad

Ingredients (2 servings)

 

  • Carrot...140g
  • Chicken fillet・・・60g
  • Ginger (grated)・・・5g
  • Sake: 2/3 tablespoon
  • Yuzu uponzu made with clear soy sauce...1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil...1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper...appropriate amount

How to make

STEP1 Shave the carrots into thin ribbons with a peeler. Remove the strings from the chicken fillet and mix with the ginger and sake.

STEP2 Place ① in a heat-resistant container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

STEP3 After checking that the chicken fillet is cooked, break it into small pieces by hand, add yuzu ponzu and olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done.
