How to make
STEP 1 Trim off the thick part of the chicken breast to make it evenly thick. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them lengthwise into 1/4 pieces. Finely chop the green onions.
STEP2 Add clear soy sauce and A into a bowl and mix. Soak the chicken, cover with kitchen paper, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
STEP 3 Remove the chicken, wipe off excess water with kitchen paper, and sprinkle with potato starch. Heat sesame oil in a heated frying pan, add the chicken and heat over medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through. Once cooked, remove and transfer to a cutting board.
STEP 4 Add 4 tablespoons of the dipping sauce from B and ② to the frying pan from ③. Heat in the same manner until slightly thickened, then turn off the heat.
STEP 5 Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat thickness, sprinkle with ④, and arrange in a well-balanced bowl with the baby leaves and boiled eggs.
