- Perilla... 6 pieces
- Olive oil...2 tablespoons

How to make
STEP 1 Wrap the firm tofu in paper and heat it in the microwave at 500W for 2 minutes, then put a weight on it and drain thoroughly.
Heat the cream cheese at 500W for about 40 seconds.
Add ① and ② and clear soy sauce to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Slice the tomatoes into 5 equal rounds, and cut the perilla leaves in half.
Place the tomatoes, shiso leaves, and ③ on a plate in that order, sprinkle with the mixture of [A], and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
