<Clear soy sauce> Swordfish and onion steamed with lemon

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Clear soy sauce: 3 tablespoons Swordfish (fillets): 2 slices
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Lemon: 1/2 piece
  • Cherry tomatoes: 6 pieces
  • Kaiware radish: 50g
[A]
  • Sake: 3 tablespoons
  • Water: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (grated): 1/4 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf: 2 pieces

How to make

STEP1 Cut the onion into 1cm rounds. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes. Cut off the stem of the daikon radish and cut it in half.

In a large heat-resistant dish, mix together the clear soy sauce, A, and squeeze the lemon to avoid the seeds. Arrange the daikon radish, onion, lemon, cherry tomatoes, and swordfish in a well-balanced arrangement. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 to 7 minutes.

Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper if you like, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with Italian parsley (not listed in ingredients, just the right amount).

★Notes/Points: A hot salad that can be easily made in the microwave. The aroma of clear soy sauce and lemon whets the appetite, and the colors of the swordfish and other ingredients come out beautifully.

・You can also enjoy it deliciously by substituting salmon, scallops, shrimp, etc. You can also enjoy arranging vegetables such as broccoli and paprika while keeping the colors in mind.
