Ingredients (2 servings)
- Rice (freshly cooked)……1 cup
- Salmon sashimi...50g
- Perilla...2 pieces
- Eggs……2 pieces
- Roasted sake...3 tablespoons
- White sesame seeds...appropriate amount
How to make
STEP1 Add the roasted sake to the freshly cooked rice and mix while cooling. Beat the eggs, fry them thinly, and cut them to make Kinshi-tamago.
STEP 2 Place the rice from ① on a plate and top with the shredded egg, salmon, and shredded shiso leaves. Finish by scattering white sesame seeds.
◎I used roasted sake instead of sushi vinegar.
