<Irizake> Refreshing meat and potatoes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Beef……200g
  • Carrots...130g
  • Potato...500g
  • Onion...120g
  • Thread konnyaku……100g
  • Roasted sake……200cc
  • Water...600cc
  • Sugar...4 teaspoons

How to make

STEP1 Cut the beef into appropriate sizes, cut the carrots and potatoes into chunks, and cut the onions into wedges.

STEP 2 Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry ①, add roasted sake, water, sugar, and konjac and bring to a simmer.

STEP 3 Once the ingredients are cooked, it's done.

 

Roasted sake: water = 1:3
