<Irizake> Scallop carpaccio

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Scallops…………5~6 pieces
  • Red/yellow paprika...appropriate amount
  • Green pepper…………...appropriate amount
  • Roast sake……2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil……1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper......a little

How to make

STEP 1 Slice the scallops thinly, arrange them in a baking tray, pour roasted sake over them, and cover with plastic wrap to distribute evenly.

STEP2 Finely chop the paprika and green pepper.

STEP3 Arrange the scallops from ① on a plate and sprinkle with the vegetables from ②.

STEP4 Finish by adding olive oil and black pepper.

 

◎ Roasted sake has the effect of removing the fishy smell.
